The short answer is YES!  We all know how important it is to maintain good oral health, and depending on what you need, this can sometimes be expensive.  We are very pleased to offer interest free payment plans with minimal fees through MySmilePlan, or payment of your treatment in 4 installments with Afterpay.  Please call us on 9499 1130 and we will happily talk you through all of the payment options on offer!

If you are playing a contact sport, the importance of custom made, bi-laminate (double layered) mouth guards cannot be underestimated!  Custom made mouth guards are a relatively cheap "insurance policy" for your teeth and the bone that holds them in place in your upper jaw.  Wearing you mouth guard while playing is, of course, important, but so too is wearing it at training - in fact just as many mouth injuries happen at training as during the game.  Our dentists suggest that mouth guards are essential for football, basketball, hockey, martial arts and even soccer.

Custom made mouth guards are comfortable to wear because they are made just for you!  Many people often complain that the "boil and bite" mouth guards are a bit flimsy and uncomfortable to wear and they certainly can't talk easily with them in.  A custom made mouth guard will fit snugly and will extend beyond the teeth that you can see to help protect the supporting bone.  Since they are so comfortable, they are more likely to be worn, which is of course important!  We can even have your mouth guard made with your name in, so a lost one will be more likely to make it back to you!

X-rays are one of a dentist's most important diagnostic tools. Often, problems start inside your teeth or beneath the gumline. By the time the problem is visible to the naked eye, it can be painful and more difficult to treat. Using x-rays taken on a regular basis, we can catch problems early and treat them quickly and comfortably.

Porcelain veneers have been known to last anywhere from several years to a decade. Porcelain veneers are very strong and durable, but how long they last really depends on how well you take care of your teeth and your oral health in general.

Proper oral hygiene plays an important role in the longevity of your dental veneers. In general, though, you will get the most out of your veneers if you treat them with the same care as your natural teeth.

It shouldn't.

Most professional whitening products contain an added desensitising ingredient that protects even sensitive teeth and keeps you comfortable during the process. Additionally, the customisable nature of professional whitening treatments prevents the product from coming into contact with soft tissues like your gums, lips, and tongue.

If your teeth are very sensitive, please talk to us so that we can help you determine whether whitening is appropriate for you.
